Hotel Accommodations
The ASN has reserved a block of rooms at a reduced rate at The Palace Hotel. To reserve a hotel room online and receive the special ASN rate, follow this link: Nephrology Guest Rooms Online.
The ASN recommends that you make your reservation as soon as possible to ensure your guest room at the special rate of $249.00 plus taxes. The deadline for hotel reservations is Tuesday, July 31, 2007. The hotel may not be able to honor the lower ASN rate after this date; however, rooms may still be available.

Roommate Information
If you wish to share a room, please mark the appropriate box on the registration form. The ASN will send you a list of other attendees looking for a roommate during the course. However, it is your responsibility to contact the interested party and make the arrangements.
Airline Tickets
The ASN's Board Review Course event travel coordinator, Apollo Travel, has negotiated special air travel discounts for our meeting attendees. For assistance in confirming the least expensive rate for your trip, call Apollo Travel toll free at 866-880-6483 within the United States and Canada (international call 312/236-3939). Reservation lines are open Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 8:00 pm CDT. Apollo has access to the lowest possible rates on all airlines for all attendees.
You may also choose to search online by logging on at www.asntravel.com. Both the travel agent specialists and the online booking engine will search all the major US carriers, including webfares, to ensure the best possible rates and all the special discounts for the ASN Board Review Course. Airport Shuttle
Super Shuttle departs from the upper level of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Simply follow the signs to the Super Shuttle desk for service. Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day. At the time of this printing, fares are $15.00 each way. Reservations are only required when returning to the airport. As a registered ASN Board Review Course & Update participant, you are invited to take advantage of special tours designed for our group by Galavents. Tour options include a San Francisco City Tour with Desserts and Drinks on a one-hour Golden Gate Bay Cruise, Tour to Muir Woods and Sausalito with a Ferry Return, a visit to the infamous former federal prison Alcatraz, and a Gourmet Dinner in the Napa Valley.
