The deadline for hotel reservations is Friday, August 6, 2010. Reserve your guest room as soon as possible to ensure the special rate of $234 plus taxes. The Palace Hotel may not honor the lower ASN rate after this date; however, rooms may still be available.

Airline Tickets

The ASN travel coordinator, Tower Travel Management, has negotiated special air travel discounts for BRCU participants. Reservations lines are open Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. CDT. Tower Travel has access to the lowest possible rates on all airlines for all participants.

Car Rental

Tower Travel Management provides special discounted rates for rental cars in San Francisco. Please contact Tower Travel to discuss car needs.

Airport Shuttle

Super Shuttle departs from the upper level of the San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Follow the signs to the Super Shuttle desk for service. Super Shuttle operates 24 hours a day. At the time of this printing, fares are $17.00 each way. Reservations are only required when returning to the airport.
