ASN accepts American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. ASN cannot accept wire transfers for registration fees.
Registration must be completed online. You cannot register over the phone or submit forms via fax.
Registration will be confirmed via email, so please provide a valid email address.
To register as a member, ASN membership must be current (2010 dues paid) and ASN member (user) number must be provided at the time of registration.
Become an ASN Member. ASN must receive and process a completed membership application and dues payment by Wednesday, August 11, 2010, in order for you to secure a discounted registration fee. Your membership must be confirmed BEFORE you can register as an ASN member. If you register as a non-member and then apply for membership with ASN, you will not be eligible for a refund of the difference in rates.
Luncheon Meals
For your convenience, a luncheon meal package for all seven meeting days is available for purchase at a discounted cost of $200. Order your luncheon meal package when you register for the course. The cost will be added to your registration payment. A vegetarian option is available, but you must indicate this option at the time of purchase. A ticket will be issued for each meal. No refunds are given for meals cancelled after Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Luncheon meals cannot be added onsite. Daily lunch service coincides with the first half-hour of each midday session.
Beginning Saturday, August 28, continental breakfast will be served each day from 6:15 a.m. - 7:15 a.m. to everyone attending the breakfast sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds, less a $100 fee, will be granted for requests received in writing prior to Wednesday, August 18, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. EDT. Fax written requests to 202-659-0709. Refunds are processed after the conclusion of the course. After Wednesday, August 18, 2010, all sales are final.
Registration Materials
BRCU registration materials, including meeting badge, syllabus, and luncheon meal tickets (if applicable) will be available onsite at the ASN Registration Desk in the Regency Foyer. Registration begins at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 28, 2010. Please have your confirmation email available as proof of registration to receive your meeting materials.
