Professional Development Seminar Travel Grant Application
The ASN thanks the Women In Nephrology (WIN) for assistance with this program and travel grant support.
Participants in the Professional Development Seminar: Early and Mid-Career Components may be eligible for travel grants. These grants are intended to defray some of the costs of attending these programs. The Professional Development Seminar: Early and Mid-Career Components is a one-day program held Wednesday, November 5.
Eligibility
To receive a travel grant, a recipient 1) must register for the applicable program, 2) attend only the program for which he/she received the grant, and 3) not register for an additional one- or two-day program.
While ASN membership is not a requirement to receive a Professional Development Seminar travel grant, it is highly encouraged. Fellows or postdoctoral students residing in North or Central America are eligible for Fellow membership free of charge.
Registration for the PDS is separate from the travel grant application process. You must complete the PDS registration form and pay the registration fee by the Early Registration Deadline of September 15, 2008.
Additional Materials Required
You must submit your CV at the time you submit your application. Applications received without CVs will not be processed.
Deadline: Friday, July 11, 2008, at 4:00 p.m. EDT. Only applications submitted online will be accepted.
