The 2009 Annual Meeting Session and Times are now available! You can select the PDF as a printable guide, or select the Excel file to estimate your total CME credits as you attend the sessions.

DO NOT SUBMIT THE DOCUMENT FOR CME CREDIT; YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CME CREDIT. You must complete the online evaluation at the Online CME Center.
