Special Needs
FM transmission will be available for the hearing-impaired in some of the ASN sessions. Please indicate your need to use this service and identify any other special needs on the registration form found on the ASN website, in the space provided.

Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle service will be available Tuesday, November 16 – Sunday, November 21 between the Colorado Convention Center and all participating hotels except the Brown Palace Hotel, Comfort Inn Downtown Denver, Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown, Crowne Plaza Denver, Curtis, Denver Marriott City Center, Grand Hyatt Denver, Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown, Hotel Monaco Denver, Magnolia Hotel, Hyatt Regency Denver, Residence Inn Denver City Center, Sheraton Denver Hotel, and Westin Tabor Center – these hotels are within easy walking distance of the Colorado Convention Center and ASN headquarter hotels.

TravelFocus is the official travel agency for Renal Week 2010. Please contact TravelFocus for access to special discounts and rates. Their hours of operation are from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm Central Time and they can be reached via phone at 800-756-2987 (US), 214-915-9448 (International) or submit your request online at http://events.SignUp4.com/ASNAirlinerequests.
Ground Transportation
Taxi: A one-way taxi ride from the airport to downtown Denver costs approximately $50 per person.
Shuttle: Super Shuttle Denver is available to provide shared-ride shuttle bus service from the airport to downtown Denver. Tickets cost approximately $19 per person each way. Advance reservations are available online at www.supershuttle.com. Upon arrival, check-in at the Super Shuttle ticket counter on Level 5/Baggage Claim.
Return Airport Service: For our first event in Denver, ASN will have direct-to-airport shuttle service available from the Colorado Convention Center. Service is by reservation only and will be offered on Saturday, November 20 from 3:30pm - 6:30pm with service every hour on the 1/2 hour; and on Sunday, November 21 from 10:00am - 1:00pm with service on the hour. This direct service will be $18 per person with limited seats available. It is strongly encouraged that you make reservations in advance. Please send an email to lesleyjohnson@seat
planners.com with your name and preferred day and time of service. You will receive a confirmation email indicating when your return trip to the airport has been scheduled. All reservations must be paid on-site in Denver at the Shuttle Information counter prior to your shuttle departure. Cash and credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) payments will be accepted.
