Refunds for Cancellation

Refunds will be made after the conclusion of the Renal WeekEnd meetings (those who cancel will be charged a $30 administrative fee). Because meeting materials are prepared in advance of the meeting, ASN will not refund fees for requests submitted after the meeting start date. Please note: if you register and then apply for membership with ASN, you will not be eligible for a refund of the difference in rates.

Notice to all Registrants: Cancelled checks or credit card charges are not proof of registration. All accepted registrants will receive email confirmation from the ASN. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
