Medicare Telehealth Parity Act of 2015
ASN endorses a new bill to allow home dialysis patients to communicate with their care team via telehealth. In future years, the legislation also opens the possibility that other kidney patients could be eligible for telemedicine care. ASN and commends original cosponsors Rep. Diane Black (TN-6), Rep. Gregg Harper (MS-3), Rep. Mike Thompson (CA-5), and Rep. Peter Welch (VT-At-Large) for their leadership.
