Glomerular Diseases Update: Diagnosis and Therapy 2017

Course Description

Our understanding of the pathogenesis, diagnosis, and management of glomerular diseases is advancing rapidly. In this program, a panel of international experts and opinion leaders discuss advances this growing field. These experts use lectures, interactive case-based discussions, and self-assessment questions with audience-response systems to introduce attendees to this wealth of information in an approachable and clinically applicable manner. At the conclusion of this program, participants will be able to apply this information gainfully while taking care of challenging patients with common and uncommon glomerular disease.

Course Objective(s)

Upon completion of this program, the participant will be able to: 1) describe and integrate the pathology, diagnosis, and therapeutic options for glomerular diseases; 2) integrate information from current basic and clinical research studies to help guide diagnosis and management of glomerular disorders; and 3) analyze nuances in treating difficult patients who have glomerular diseases.
