October 22, 2020 | 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Location: On-Demand

Session Description

The use of therapeutic plasma exchange ("plasmapheresis") in clinical nephrology is in flux based on the results of recent clinical trial results and other relevant evidence-based findings. • Discuss comprehensive information on therapeutic apheresis to be shared with patients and clinical services
  • Describe the role of therapeutic apheresis in expanding access to kidney transplantation
  • Debate the role of therapeutic apheresis in the treatment of multiple myeloma and small-vessel vasculitis
