Session Description

Advances in data collection and technology have enabled innovation in the monitoring and delivering of clinical care. This session reviews current efforts to use electronic health records (EHRs) to embed metrics of prognosis, medication exposure, and processes of care; the availability of risk prediction models; patient preferences in engaging with healthcare IT; and machine learning in EHRs to better understand kidney diseases.
