Session Description

Nephrologists are frequent consultants in the intensive care unit (ICU), often for the dialytic management of patients with AKI. This session sheds light on the newest knowledge guiding the prescription of RRT to patients with AKI and provides an update on the latest ICU literature relevant to the practicing nephrologist.

  • Describe up-to-date evidence for anticoagulation in AKI requiring RRT
