Session Description

The role of complement in ANCA disease pathophysiology has been established through numerous studies, and complement blockers are now used in the clinic. A new complement blocker was approved in October 2021.

This symposium focuses on understanding the role of complement in the pathophysiology of ANCA-associated vasculitis, reviews current guidelines and algorithms for the treatment of ANCA-associated vasculitis, and discusses recently available data on new therapies.
