Getting Around in Orlando
Orlando, FL is serviced by Orlando International Airport (MCO). The airport is approximately 12 miles from the Orange County Convention Center. Please see below for information regarding travel to and from the airport and getting and information how to get around the city.
ASN Hotel Shuttle
ASN has arranged a shuttle between select official ASN hotels and the convention center. Please note that hotels that are considered to be walking distance from the convention center will not be serviced by the ASN shuttles and these hotels include the Hyatt Regency Orlando, Rosen Centre, and Rosen Plaza. Shuttle Service will be provided from the following hotels: Castle Hotel, Autograph Collection, Doubletree Hotel by Hilton Orlando at Seaworld, Hampton Inn Orlando International Drive/Convention Center, Hilton Orlando, Homewood Suites by Hilton Orlando - International Drive/Convention Center, Renaissance Orlando at Sea World, Residence Inn by Marriott Orlando Convention Center, Rosen Shingle Creek, Springhill Suites by Marriott Orlando Convention Center, and Tru by Hilton Orlando. Please note this is subject to change. Shuttle schedule will be available in August 2022.
The typical taxi fare from Orlando International airport to the Orange County Convention Center is $38-$45. Many companies provide taxicab service at Orlando International Airport. If you need a taxi, simply follow the signs leading to Ground Transportation in Terminal A or B. A Customer Service Representative will place you with the first available taxi, unless you specify a particular taxicab company.

Uber & Lyft
Uber and Lyft are transportation services that operate similar to Taxicabs. In order to use these services you must have downloaded the phone app and set-up an account before requesting the service.
There is a surcharge added to your fare for airport pickups, this surcharge varies based on day and time. For more specific pricing please download the appropriate app and use the "Estimate Fare" feature.

Convention Center Parking
The Orange County Convention Center operates on-site vehicle parking at both the West and North/South buildings. Additional parking is also offered at the Destination Parkway Garage.
Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. For those who plan on driving to the convention center, event-specific parking areas will be listed on roadway signage on International Drive, Universal Boulevard and the surrounding area.
- Parking rates vary upon vehicle size and entry time. Parking rates may range from $20 to $30 and are subject to change.
- Overnight parking is not allowed at the Orange County Convention Center.
