Pennsylvania Convention Center Accessibility Resources
The Pennsylvania Convention Center is dedicated to providing all of our guests a safe and enjoyable experience—including those with disabilities and special needs to ensure comfort and safety for everyone at all of our shows, meetings, conventions, and performances.
Accessible Parking
- Please refer to the convention center's parking page by clicking here.
- Note - the Pennsylvania Convention Center does not have parking directly associated with the Center, but guests are welcome to use any lot they deem appropriate and nearby.
Accessible Restrooms
- All public restroom facilities at the Pennsylvania Convention Center are accessible and compliant with ADA standards.
Elevators
- All elevators provide guests with special needs access to each level of the Pennsylvania Convention Center.
Service Animals
- Trained and certified guide dogs or service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted.
Scooter Rental
- Scootaround offers Scooter Rental at our UPS Store inside the Pennsylvania Convention Center. Reservations are requested – please contact Scootaround directly at:

Nursing Stations
- The Pennsylvania Convention Center is pleased to offer two portable "Mamava" lactation suites for nursing mothers to breast feed infants or to use breast pumps in privacy. The units are self-contained, mobile pods with comfortable benches, an electrical outlet and a door that can be locked for privacy. The 4-foot by 8-foot pod is meant for individual use, but can fit more than one person, including mothers with infants, breast pumps, or luggage. One is positioned near the Concierge Desk on the Convention Center's second level between Halls A and B and a second unit is located on the street level on the Broad and Arch Concourse.
