Kidney Week 2023: Children and Minors at Kidney Week

Registering a Child/Minor for Kidney Week

All persons attending Kidney Week, including minors and regardless of age, must be badged. If you wish to bring any child guest(s) to Kidney Week in Philadelphia, PA you must indicate so on your registration by checking the "Register a Minor" box.

To complete your minor registration, please go to the registration desk on-site at Kidney Week during registration hours to fill out the child waiver. You will be required to complete a waiver for each minor that you plan to bring on-site, and each minor registered will receive their own badge.

Due to limited seating, regardless of their registration status, minors will not be admitted to Educational Symposia, Early Programs, or Exhibitor Spotlights.

Please contact meetings@asn-online.org with any questions.

Health and Safety Policies

All minors on-site at Kidney Week will be required to follow any Health and Safety Policies that ASN may implement.
