Session Description
Patients with advanced kidney diseases are medically complex and receive care from multiple touchpoints in the health care ecosystem. As such, newer technology offers pathways to delivering care and managing the treatment of kidney diseases, potentially improving clinical outcomes, access to care, and cost of care. This session presents an overview of relevant technology advancements that enable nephrologists to improve kidney disease care.
