This session focuses on IgA vasculitis (IgAV) by way of highlighting clinical and pathologic similarities and differences with IgA nephropathy and differences in presentations and outcomes between children and adults. Associations with other systemic diseases and possible drug-induced forms of IgAV are also examined.
Support is provided by an educational grant from Travere Therapeutics, Inc.
Learning Objective(s)

- Develop strategies for managing renal manifestations of IgAV
- Discuss other systemic diseases that may be seen in conjunction with IgAV
- Specify drugs associated with the development of IgAV
- Compare and contrast presentations and outcomes in children vs. adults with IgAV
