Session Description

During this fireside chat, panelists present on the ESRD Treatment Choice (ETC) Model Learning Collaborative, launched in August 2021 under the auspices of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) ETC Model. Panelists also discuss research undertaken by the ETCLC on social risks contributing to disparities in access to kidney transplantation.
