Douglas J. Norman, MD, BRCU Faculty

ASN Biography

Douglas J. Norman, MD, is a graduate of Stanford University and the University of Washington School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of California, San Francisco and Beth Israel HospitaL, and a nephrology fellowship at Peter Bent Brigham Hospital. He is a Professor of Transplantation Medicine and the Medical Director of the Laboratory of Immunogenetics and Transplantation at Oregon Health and Science University. Dr. Norman has authored over 150 articles and book chapters, and is co-editor of the AST Primer on Transplantation (1997, 2001).
