Heather N. Reich, MD, PhD, BRCU Faculty

ASN Biography
Dr. Reich is the Oreopoulos-Baxter Departmental Division Director of Nephrology and a Professor of Medicine at the University of Toronto Temerty Faculty of Medicine. She is a graduate of McGill University Faculty of Medicine and completed her postgraduate medical training and PhD at the University of Toronto. Dr. Reich directs the glomerulonephritis (GN) program at Toronto General Hospital, spanning clinical care, clinical trials and translational research. She is a coauthor of the 2021 and 2025 International Society of Nephrology guidelines for the treatment of GN. She served as co-director of the ASN annual course in GN for four years.
