Amul Kirti Jobalia, MD

July 10, 1970 - May 4, 2022

Amul Kirti Jobalia, 51, passed away unexpectedly May 4th, 2022. Amul was the Chief of Nephrology at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center where he practiced medicine for 22 years. He had a gentle spirit and was very compassionate in practicing his craft.

He was a loving, devoted, and kindhearted husband and father. In his spare time, Amul loved to eat gourmet foods, barbecue on the grill, and go on long beach walks with his wife Thaichan. He spent the rest of his time supporting his boys, Nathan and Aaron, in all their endeavors. Amul had a love for race cars, collected Hot Wheels, and enjoyed listening to alternative progressive music. He had a great sense of humor and a dry wit.

Amul was a member of the National Kidney Foundation where he presented, walked, and supported the organization in a large way. He has always given back.

Amul is survived by his wife Thaichan, parents Kirti and Jyotsna, and his two children Nathan (19) and Aaron (17). He is also survived by his sister Tejal, her husband, Ashi, and children Caleb (25), Ria (23), Trey (21), and Luke (17).
