Registration Pricing

*To register as an ASN Member, your membership must be current (2026 dues paid). Your membership must be confirmed BEFORE registration. If you register as a nonmember and then apply for ASN membership, you will not be eligible for a refund of the difference in fees. To join, click here.

Registration must be completed here, online. You cannot register via a paper form or over the phone. ASN accepts American Express, MasterCard, or Visa. ASN cannot accept wire transfers for registration fees. Registration materials will be confirmed via email, so please provide a valid email address.

Registration Materials

BRCU registration materials will be available onsite at the ASN Registration Desk in the Imperial Ballroom Foyer of Fairmont Chicago. Registration check-in begins at 7:00 a.m. CDT on Sunday, July 19, 2026 with the course starting at 8:00 a.m. CDT on Sunday, July 19, 2026. Please have your confirmation email available as proof of registration to receive your course materials.

Meals

BRCU registration includes daily continental breakfasts and lunches.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, less $200 fee, will be granted for requests received in writing no later than Thursday, June 18, 2026. Requests can be emailed to meetings@asn-online.org. Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the course. After Thursday June 18, 2026, all sales are final.
