Innovations of Dialysis Delivery

November 07, 2019 | 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: 146 A/B, Walter E. Washington Convention Center

Session Description

The increased burden in RRT around the world requires more innovation to treat more patients. At the same time, the need for protecting the environment by reducing waste is also required. This session teaches the latest technology in finding more affordable dialysis, innovations to enhance the mobility of dialysis patients using wearable kidneys, and possible ways to improve the dialysis vascular access. Discussions include the important partnership with other stakeholders in the application of dialysis innovations.
