Session Description

For more than 6 years, the Kidney Health Initiative (KHI) has been convening various stakeholders from industry, clinicians, researchers, people living with kidney diseases, and government agencies to spur innovation and foster the development of new therapies. Although there have been some exciting advances, there remains a lot of opportunity for more coordination and collaboration to improve the lives of people with kidney diseases. This session describes some of the lessons on bringing communities together to solve complex problems and proposes some areas ripe for opportunity.
