Kidney Health Initiative: Developing Tools to Catalyze Innovation
October 23, 2020 | 02:30 PM - 04:30 PM
Location: Simulive
Session Description
The Kidney Health Initiative (KHI) supports the kidney community in its efforts to develop safe and effective patient-centered products by addressing real and substantial barriers. This session uses four current KHI projects as case studies. Each presenter explains why there was a barrier to innovation; how they have navigated the complex world of product development, including how to engage diverse stakeholders; and how the final deliverable in their case contributes to an ecosystem of rich tools and assets that the community can build on.
ASN thanks the Kidney Health Initiative for assistance with this session.
