Translational Session
Future Shock: Transformational Therapies for Kidney Failure
November 03, 2022 | 02:00 PM - 04:00 PM
Location: WF3 Tangerine, Orange County Convention Center‚ West Building
Session Description
Kidney failure remains a global health problem, and current therapeutic options are associated with ongoing morbidity and mortality risks. In recent years, efforts from stakeholders such as KidneyX and the Kidney Health Initiative have incentivized transformative therapeutic innovation. Patients are also advocating for fundamentally new treatment choices. This session describes the current efforts to develop transformational therapies for treating kidney failure.
Support is provided by an educational grant from eGenesis, Inc.
