Social Determinants of BP and CVD in Patients with CKD

Session Description
Social determinants of health and structural racism drive major disparities in BP control and CVD risk in patients with CKD. This session identifies important examples of how social determinants of health contribute to inequities in CVD prevention in patients with CKD and proposes potential ways to address these inequities.

- Outline social determinants of BP in Hispanic patients with CKD
