Educational Symposium
Mechanisms and Advances in ANCA-Associated Vasculitis
October 24, 2024 | 12:45 PM - 01:45 PM
Location: Marriott Grand Ballroom 13, Marriott Marquis
Session Description
ANCA-associated vasculitis is an autoimmune disease affecting small blood vessels in the body. With evolving new non-immunosuppressive therapies, B cell depletion, and recent FDA approval of complement blockers as adjunctive therapy for severe active ANCA-associated vasculitis, it is an important time to consider mechanisms involved to improve patient safety concerns with the current standard of care over time. This symposium reviews the pathophysiology of ANCA-associated vasculitis and discusses emerging therapies in treating ANCA-associated vasculitis.
This activity is supported by educational funding provided by Amgen.
