Session Description
Given the progressive challenges confronting the nephrology workforce, a fundamental shift in how future nephrology practices are trained, organized, and managed is key to improving kidney care for patients. This session reviews fellowship training, including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and how collaboration with advanced practice providers helps support an effective and productive nephrology practice. Incorporating social media and integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into a nephrology practice is also discussed.
