Nutrition and CKD: From Prevention of Progression to Post-Transplant Diet

Location: Room 351D, Convention Center

Session Description

There is tremendous variation around the country in patient training on nutrition, from prevention of CKD progression to ESKD/dialysis and post-transplant. • Describe the patient experience in CKD progression and diet
  • Develop methods to empower patients when navigating diet
  • Discuss how to raise physician awareness of the patient experience with diet-CKD-dialysis-transplantation

Learning Pathway(s)

  • CKD Non-Dialysis
  • Kidney Transplantation
