Session Description
There is tremendous variation around the country in patient training on nutrition, from prevention of CKD progression to ESKD/dialysis and post-transplant. More consistent patient education on nutrition and diet is required to move toward a "world without kidney disease" and ultimately to help slow or prevent CKD progression.
