18th Asian Pacific Congress of Nephrology

October 2 - October 4, 2020

Location: Hong Kong

Details: http://www.apcn2020.hk/

UPDATE: A live online component will be added to make this congress the first-ever hybrid APCN. The online component will run live together with the physical component to allow a real-time interaction between the speaker and the audience wherever they may be. Virtual exhibition will also be provided so the virtual attendee can join the exhibition online.

The theme for the APCN 2020 Combating CKD in the Asia Pacific: Local Strategies for a Global Problem is timely as we will put together an exciting scientific program that will address these pertinent issues of the next decade.

Our scientific program committee co-chaired by Prof Katherine Barraclough (Australia) and Prof CC Szeto (Hong Kong) will build an attractive program that embraces CKD clinical and basic research, acute kidney injury, glomerulonephritis, and advances in dialysis and transplantation. We have already 2 confirmed high-profile plenary speakers –Prof Rafael Kramann (Aachen) and Prof Sir Peter Ratcliffe (Oxford). There will be opportunities to enroll in four exciting pre-congress courses ranging clinical nephrology, basic research, renal nursing and renal pathology courses. There will also be dedicated sessions from our partners KDIGO and AFCKDI to showcase the latest guidelines and CKD care technologies, respectively.
