The Home Dialysis University Hybrid Event is a new approach to the Home Dialysis University that has been offered to Physicians and Fellows for many years. The same robust education on both Peritoneal and Home Hemo Dialysis will be presented to both a Live and a Remote Audience. Both audiences will experience the same didactic sessions as well as small group sessions that will allow interaction with faculty to help participants formulate an approach they can use in clinical practice.We welcome nephrologists, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and graduating fellows in nephrology programs to attend this 2-day event. To comply with Covid-19 safety, the Live Activity will be limited to 15 participants.
