The Alliance for Academic Internal Medicine website has useful information for program directors and other individuals involved in training in internal medicine. In particular, the toolkit series (under Publications), while not free, is very helpful. It may be available through your internal medicine housestaff office.

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM)
