Session Description
Frailty is common among adults with CKD and is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. Assessment and management of frailty in patients with CKD require a multidisciplinary approach, with important implications for care planning. This session discusses measures and management of frailty and interventions to address it, and encourages consideration of frailty in goals of care for patients with CKD.
