Pediatric CKD is shaped not only by biology, but also by lived experience, social context, nutrition, and preventive care. This session centers the voices of patients and families while integrating emerging evidence on social drivers of disease progression, advances in pediatric CKD nutrition, and challenges such as vaccine hesitancy. By bridging patient perspectives with cutting-edge clinical and public health topics, this session aims to equip pediatric nephrology professionals with practical, compassionate, and equitable approaches to CKD care across the disease continuum.
